Return Policy

We want you to have an unforgettable shopping experience. Our buyers are responsible for selecting high-quality products to guarantee a satisfactory purchase.

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens.


You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of receipt, with the following exceptions:
  • Damage items
  • Dirty items
  • Items that have been altered
  • Items not in their original packaging

Items described on this list of exceptions will be accepted for return or exchange.

The return window expires 14 business days after final delivery. If you missed the 14-day return policy, please contact us at to arrange an alternative solution.

Please note that we will not issue cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card for store credit . Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.

In the case of an undelivered product due to shipment cancellation, you can usually get a replacement by consulting a customer service agent.


If an item you order from us doesn’t fit, don’t worry, we are happy to exchange it for a different size.

Exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted.

Refunds Policy

If for any reason you aren’t absolutely blown away by your hand-made we would absolutely love to make it right in any way we can. 

We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied we will issue you a 100% store credit of your order value (what you paid after discount if applicable). Also please note your original shipping cost with your order ( if any ) is non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item or two, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only eligible if its unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway. Exchanges for different designs are not accepted. Email us at for instructions and exchange item / size and we will get the correct item(s) sent to you.

Damaged or Defective Item
: If you received a defective, damaged or an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately. Email us at .

: We accept returns for store credit up to 14 days from receiving your order as long as it’s unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway.

: Unfortunately, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we are unable to cancel any orders more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.

  • If your order shows “delivered” and you did not receive it. Please contact your local courier and file a claim.
  • We are not responsible if the given address is incorrect and we will not replace/refund with store credit if it is delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact us before it ships to change the address if you find any errors with your address.

We only offer store credit for returns.

  • Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and escalating a situation to such extremes without contacting us first will only result in delays of a conflict resolution.

  • Customized Items
